We know how important your Airtasker reputation and reviews are and we want to make sure that the amazing work you do for your listings counts towards this and helps you build your brand on Airtasker. 

When a customer requests to book your listing and you confirm, an ‘Assigned Task’ is created. From that point onwards, everything will be the same as when you’re assigned a normal task. You’ll be able to private chat with the customer, request payment on completion, cancel the task if needed, and write and receive views.
