How can customers contact me about my listing?

When a customer goes into your listing and selects a package, they will be able to send an enquiry or booking request. Once the enquiry has been sent, a private space will be created where you can discuss the task details, task price and any specific requirements with the customer before you confirm a task. 

Although you are chatting privately with the customer, exchanging contact details is still not allowed until the actual task is assigned.
