How will I know if a customer requested a booking?

There are 3 ways to receive notifications for booking requests:

• Email
• Push Notifications
• In-app Bubble/banner alerts

What are In-app bubble alerts?

The In-app bubble alerts appear on your account when a customer requests a booking so you won't miss them while you're browsing tasks. If you have a pending booking request that needs to be responded to, the alert will not disappear until you made a comment or offer on the request.

For iOS users:

The alert will be in 3 places:

• Notification Centre
• "Browse Tasks" section
• "All Tasks" under "My Tasks"
  

For web: 

The alert will be in a banner form and will appear when you're under "Browse Tasks"

• If you see a booking request alert, simply click on the alert and it will lead you directly to the booking requests list under "My Tasks".
