Can I prevent a customer from messaging me again?

If you’d like to prevent a customer from messaging you again, you can block the private messages:  

Android and iOS app: 

1. Open the “Messages” tab 
2. Open the message thread you have with the user 
3. Open the menu in the top right corner of the message thread 
4. Tap on “Block messages” 

Web: 

1. Open the “Messages tab” 
2. Open the message thread you have with the user 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the message thread 
4. Click “Block messages” 
   
   

You will still be able to see the past message history, block messages will just prevent the customer from directly messaging you again. The text - “You can no longer message this user.” will be visible to both parties in the message thread.
