I want to cancel the task but the task has started, what should I do?

The task can be canceled if agreed upon by both parties. However, if your Tasker already started working on the task (making it partially completed), it’s important to consider the time and effort they spent so far. 

In such cases, instead of canceling the task, we advise that you negotiate with the Tasker and propose a partial payment amount via the task’s Private Messaging. If both parties agree on decreasing the task price please contact us so we can make adjustments for you. 

We highly encourage both you and your Tasker to come to an agreement by communicating directly first. If you are unable to reach an agreement, please contact us and we'll assist you through our Dispute resolution process.
