If you believe the Tasker you have assigned has damaged your property or injured yourself or someone else, we encourage you to communicate this issue with the Tasker as soon as possible and try to work out an acceptable solution for both parties.
In the case you are having difficulties communicating with your assigned Tasker after an incident has occurred, please contact us. Whilst we can’t assist in providing any payout, we can help facilitate the communication between you and your assigned Tasker.
If the outcome of your negotiation with the assigned Tasker is not satisfactory, you may pursue the matter further through legal avenues as permitted by local laws. We will help where we can to supply the information needed to the relevant authorities as requested by them.
