How do I manage my notification preferences?

When you sign up at Airtasker, you are automatically subscribed to emails. There are different types of mailing lists that you can opt in and out of, to help you have a tailored personal Airtasker experience.

If you are interested in receiving push notifications on your mobile device regarding tasks that you might be interested in, it is in your best interest to turn on your notifications for both 'email' and 'push'. 

If you want to change your notification settings, please follow the steps below:

Web:

1. Log in to your Airtasker.com.
2. Click on your profile icon (located in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and click 'Settings'
3. Click on 'Notification Settings'
4. Select which notifications you wish to receive. Your settings will automatically save.
5. Please note the check boxes under 'Keyword task alerts' must be selected in order to receive Keyword Task Alerts

iOS or Android App:

1. Log in to your Airtasker App
2. Click 'account' on the bottom menu
3. Click on 'notification preferences'. You may receive a pop-up about enabling notifications on your device - follow the prompts.
4. Select which notifications you wish to receive. Your settings will automatically save.
5. Please note the check boxes under 'Keyword task alerts' must be selected in order to receive Keyword Task Alerts
