Tasks that are marked as overdue for a period of time will be subject to auto-cancellation. We suggest you make use of the reschedule feature should you need more time to complete the task. If you anticipate that the task will not be completed by the deadline, we recommend discussing it with the Customer. If both parties agree to extend the due date, you can reschedule the task by following these steps:
- Go to the task page.
- Click on the 'Reschedule' option.
- Choose the new date and preferred time for completing the task.
- Click 'Submit' to save the changes.
Once you both agree on the new date and time, the task will be updated with the revised details.
Task already completed? Feel free to mark the task as completed by requesting payment release.
If you have completed the task and the Customer has yet to release payment after 48 hours of task completion, please let us know right away so we can assist with your request for payment release.
