Airtasker Contacts is a way for both Customers and Taskers who previously completed a task to reconnect for a potential rebooking.
Find out more on how you can reconnect using Contacts on Airtasker and work together again.
How to get started rebooking with Contacts
- Tap into a conversation
Simply head to your Private Messages in Airtasker and open an existing chat with your customer – or respond to their message! Discuss the next task details like price and availability or share relevant images. - Send a private offer
Once you’ve decided on the details together, you can send an offer directly to the customer by tapping the ‘Send an offer’ button. Think of a private offer like a contract of work, that no one else can access! -
Wait for the customer to accept
Once you’ve sent the offer, the customer will get a notification on their end – so just sit tight and wait for them to accept. If you’d like to remind them yourself, feel free to send them another message in the chat. -
Withdraw the offer if you change your mind
Things change sometimes, and that’s okay! You can withdraw a private offer as long as the customer has not yet accepted that offer.
Upcoming repeat tasks can be tracked through your My Tasks view alongside new tasks, and you can enjoy existing Airtasker benefits such as payment security, insurance and customer support for your entire suite of business.
With Contacts, you can earn more or grow your business by reconnecting with customers you trust and getting rebooked for repeat tasks in an instant.
