What is "Completion Rating"?
Your Completion Rating reflects how well you've fulfilled commitments in your last 20 assigned tasks. It considers completed and cancelled tasks, accounting for occasional unavoidable cancellations.
Your Completion Rating has four levels: Fair, Good, Great, and Excellent. The more tasks you complete out of your most recently assigned tasks, the better your Completion Rating becomes which can greatly impact your Tasker tier.
How is it different from "Completion Rate"?
Your Completion Rate is the percentage of completed tasks out of all your assignments, including some cancelled tasks. It's displayed on your public profile and therefore visible to Customers and other Taskers. Refer to Completion Rate to know more.
Completion Rating, on the other hand, is based on your 20 most recent tasks, including both completed and cancelled ones, with a buffer for unavoidable cancellations. This is viewable only by you.
Will all cancellations affect my Completion Rating?
Yes, all cancellations within your last 20 assigned tasks impact your Completion Rating, but it allows for a buffer for unexpected cancellations.
Here are some tips to maintain a high Completion Rating:
- Communicate your availability when making offers.
- Manage expectations to avoid scheduling issues with the Poster after assignment.
- Allow a time buffer between tasks for unexpected delays.
- Keep track of your assigned task dates using the "Assigned" filter.
- Withdraw offers for tasks you can no longer fulfil, preventing unnecessary cancellations. Use the "Offered" filter and click "Withdraw" on the task page.
