Just so you know, this information applies within Australia ONLY.
Our Asbestos Removal Badge is a great way to show off a Tasker's professional qualifications when making offers on asbestos removal tasks.
As a Customer, we highly recommend you look at badges when deciding which offer to pick.
Important note:
Please note that the badge is granted based on a point-in-time check which means results only reflect relevant records on the date that the check was completed. If you get an asbestos licence holder for a task you should verify their current credentials prior to the task being carried out.
You may also need the site assessed by a licensed asbestos assessor before any removal takes place. The licence type and class required for your task may vary by state e.g:
Class A - friable asbestos (Higher risk licence).
Class B - Non-friable (Lower risk licence).
