How do I manage my payment settings?

You’ll need to have valid payment details on your account to accept an offer. Once you accept an offer on a task, the agreed-upon amount will be charged to your credit/debit card and is held secured with Airtasker Pay until the task is complete.

Once complete, you’ll simply need to release the payment. We’ll then transfer the task payment to the Tasker’s verified bank account.

You can easily view, add, and update your payment information. Here’s how:

Web:

1. Log in to your Airtasker account
2. Click on your profile icon (located in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and click Settings
3. Click on Payment methods
4. Under the make payments tab, you can add your credit/debit card details

iOS or Android App:

1. Log in to your Airtasker App
2. Click account on the bottom menu
3. Click on Payment options
4. Select Update payment methods
