The completion rate measures how reliable and committed you are. Every member has two rates on their profile (see below); one for the percentage of tasks completed as a Tasker, and the other for the percentage of tasks completed as a Poster.
Members need to have completed at least 5 tasks before their respective completion rates are displayed.
A high Completion Rate shows that you’re very reliable and able to get tasks completed. This builds your reputation and helps you to stand out when making an offer.
A low Completion Rate means you’re frequently canceling tasks. This creates a negative experience for other members and doesn’t follow the Community Guidelines nor reflect our values.
A low Completion Rate puts you at risk of being restricted or suspended from the Airtasker platform.
How is the Completion Rate calculated?
The completion rate is the percentage of completed tasks out of the total that you have been assigned.
Your completion rate is calculated by the number of tasks you've completed out of those where your offer has been accepted.
The Customer's completion rate is calculated by the number of tasks they've completed out of those they've assigned.
Your completion rate will only be impacted by a task cancellation if the reason lists you as responsible. This is why it is important to make sure the reason for task cancellations is accurate.
Where can I view my completion rate?
The completion rate is visible on a member’s public profile. As a Tasker, your Completion Rate will also be displayed to the Customer when you make an offer.
Why don't I have a completion rate?
Members need to have completed at least 5 tasks before their respective Completion Rates are displayed.
For members who have completed less than 5 tasks, it will appear as 'No Completion Rate'.
For new members who haven’t completed any tasks yet, it will appear as ‘hasn't received any reviews just yet'.
What happens if I have a low completion rate?
If your Completion Rate is consistently low, it means you’re frequently canceling tasks, which creates a negative experience for other members. A low Completion Rate puts you at risk of being restricted or suspended from the Airtasker platform.
