You’ll need to have valid bank details and a billing address on your account to make an offer and start earning at Airtasker. Once your offer is accepted on a task, the agreed-upon amount will be charged to the Customers payment method and is held secured with Airtasker Pay until the task is complete.
Once complete, you’ll simply need to request payment and the Customer will release payment for you. We’ll then transfer the task payment to your nominated bank account.
To add/update your bank details and billing address, simply follow the steps below:
Web:
- Log in to your Airtasker account.
- Click on your profile icon (located in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and click Settings
- Click on Payment methods
- Under the receive payments tab, you can add your billing address and bank details.
iOS or Android App:
- Log in to your Airtasker App
- Click Account on the bottom menu
- Click on Payment options
- Select Update payment methods
- Select Receive payments
- Add your billing address
- Add your bank details
