I can't update my profile because I have a Badge, what do I do?

The Criminal Background Check Badge will lock sections of your profile, so they can’t be changed after you are verified, such as your full name. 

If your profile details don’t match your ID and you can’t change the details on your profile, you must reach out to us here to remove the Badge before any changes can be made.
