My task is done. How do I leave a review?

Here's a simple step-by-step guide on how to leave a review:

1. Log in to your Airtasker account.
2. Navigate to "My Tasks"
3. Select the task you want to review.
4. Tap on "Leave a Review."
5. Choose a star rating and write your review 
6. As a customer, you can also rate a Tasker's Communication, Punctuality, Eye for Detail, and Efficiency.
7. Once you're done, click on "Send."

Once you've released the payment, you have 14 days to leave a review for your Tasker. To keep it fair, reviews stay hidden until either side has left a review, or until 14 days have passed. Reviews are then published and publicly visible. 

It's important to provide an honest and fair review based on your experience. This helps other customers make informed decisions when working with the Taskers. Remember, if everything went well, highlight that! If things didn't go as expected, offer constructive feedback so the Tasker can improve in the future.

We don't moderate or amend reviews however, we may however delete them if they violate our Review Guidelines.
