Are my account details secure at Airtasker?

All of our members' account information is securely kept with the utmost confidentiality. We encourage all Airtasker members to ensure their login information is kept private. If you feel that your login details have been compromised, we recommend changing your password right away. Here's a quick guide on How to Change Your Password. 

Some tips to secure your Airtasker account

• Do not use the same password for all your online accounts. Ensure each account has a unique password
• Do not share your password or device with anyone. Change your password at least every 3 months or right away if necessary
• Airtasker will never proactively call or email you to ask for your login details. If you receive an email or call from someone asking for your Airtasker login details, clarify or report it to Support right away. 
• If you receive an email from Airtasker about account verification, ensure the email came from Airtasker Support. If in doubt, Contact Us using your registered email address
