The customer wants to cancel the task but i've completed it, what should I do?

If you’ve started working on the task (making it partially complete) or you think you’ve completed the task, you may be entitled to some payment in recognition of your time and effort.

In such cases, we recommend to communicate with the customer to discuss the issue through the Airtasker private messaging. You may offer to redo the task or offer a reduced payment.  Once you've agreed to a decreased price in your messages through the Airtasker private messaging, contact us here so we can adjust the price.
