- Fill out all your information
Having a detailed profile builds trust between members, meaning a greater chance of your task getting offers. You’ll also need to fill out some internal information (like your payment method) before you can assign your task. Be assured that this information is secure and not publicly accessible anywhere.
- Make a detailed task description
Always provide all the details when posting your tasks such as price, description and any applicable photos. This is to avoid any confusion for the Taskers and for them to easily provide an estimated amount for the task. For tips on creating a good task description, see here.
- Use the comments section
Through the comments section, you can easily ask questions to potential Taskers to avoid misunderstandings. We recommend asking questions before you assign, to make sure you and the Tasker are on the same page.
- Be aware of the Community Guidelines
You’ve agreed to these guidelines by creating an account with Airtasker, so it’s important you understand how they can affect you. The guidelines will help you with the dos and don’ts of task posting, what types of offers we support, and what type of comments you can make.
- Check out our price tips
Not sure what amount your task is worth? We have a handy guide you can use as a starting point. Find it here. You can also ask the community to help you when you post your task.
