The completion rate measures how reliable and committed you are. Every member has two rates on their profile (see below); one for the percentage of tasks completed as a Tasker, and the other for the percentage of tasks completed as a Customer.
Members need to have completed at least 5 tasks before their respective completion rates are displayed.
A high Completion Rate shows that a Tasker is very reliable and able to get tasks completed. This builds the Tasker's reputation and helps them to stand out when making an offer.
A low Completion Rate means you’re frequently cancelling tasks. This creates a negative experience for other members and doesn’t follow the Community Guidelines nor reflect our values.
How is the Completion Rate calculated?
Your completion rate is the percentage of completed tasks out of the total that you have assigned.
The tasker completion rate is calculated by the number of tasks they've completed out of those where their offer has been accepted.
Your completion rate will only be impacted by a task cancellation if the reason lists you as responsible. This is why it is important to make sure the reason for task cancellations is accurate.
Where can I view my completion rate?
The completion rate is visible on a member’s public profile. The Tasker's completion rate will also be displayed to you when they make an offer on your task.
Why don't I have a completion rate?
Members need to have completed at least 5 tasks before their respective Completion Rates are displayed.
For members who have completed less than 5 tasks, it will appear as 'No Completion Rate'.
For new members who haven’t completed any tasks yet, it will appear as ‘hasn't received any reviews just yet'.
What happens if I have a low completion rate?
If your Completion Rate is consistently low, it means you’re frequently cancelling tasks, which creates a negative experience for other members. A low Completion Rate may lead to low offers received from Taskers.
