How do I deactivate my account?

At any time you would like to temporarily pause from earning at Airtasker, you can easily deactivate your account by logging in to your Airtasker account via desktop.

Just make sure you do not have active tasks before you follow the steps below:

1. Click on your profile icon (located in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and click Settings
2. Select the Account
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Deactivate my account.

Once you complete these steps, your account will be deactivated, and your public profile will no longer be visible on the platform.

If you wish to reactivate your account, simply log in with your details, and your account will be reactivated, making your public profile visible again.
