My listing has been rejected. What do I do?

This information applies within Australia ONLY.

A listing is rejected when it violates our listing guidelines. It may either be from your listing images, listing description, or your packages. 

Here’s what to do in order to get it back up and running:

1. Review our Listing Guidelines to see where your listing violated the rules. 
2. Edit your listing to fix the issue/s. Go to the My Listings page and click ‘Edit’ on the listing you wish to update. Make the necessary changes and hit ‘Publish’ to update your listing.
3. Once you hit Publish! your listing will be reviewed again by our team to ensure it now meets our guidelines.
