Can I rebook a Tasker?

You can rebook Taskers directly from your Airtasker Private Messages. Your Airtasker Contacts are the Taskers you worked with that have completed tasks for you in the past. With Contacts, you no longer need to request quotes from past Taskers that they may never see, manually save contact details or sacrifice payment security benefits when completing future tasks directly.

How to get started rebooking with Contacts

1. Tap into a conversation Simply head to your Private Messages in Airtasker and open an existing chat with your Tasker – or respond to their message! Discuss the next task details like price and availability or share relevant images.
2. Request a private offer
   Once you’ve decided on the details together, your Tasker can send you an offer directly right there within the chat. 
3. Accept the offer
   Once you’re happy with the offer, tap “Accept offer” and follow the payment process to securely hold your payment in escrow until the task is completed – just like first-time tasks. 
4. Ask the Tasker to withdraw the offer if you change your mind
   Your Tasker can withdraw a private offer as long as you haven’t accepted yet.
