Before assigning: Use the comments feature
When you post a task, members can leave public comments. Comments are compulsory when a Tasker places an offer, however, can also be placed before or after an offer to clarify details about a task. The comment section is a good space to confirm details about the task and the Tasker’s offer, which sets you up for success later in the task.
After assigning: Send a private message
It's a good practice to send a private message to your Tasker as soon as you have assigned them. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss task logistics such as specific time, location, and other important requirements. Keeping task-related discussions within the Airtasker platform is helpful in case any issues arise.
