Do I get charged for requesting a cancellation?

No, you will not be charged for initiating a cancellation request. We recognise there may be reasons that you need to initiate a cancellation request because of actions from the other party. However, if you’re found responsible for the cancellation, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee.
