What are the Airtasker Review Guidelines?

At Airtasker, we value trust and honesty within our community. Our review system promotes authenticity and provides constructive feedback for better-informed decisions. We do not moderate or alter reviews but may delete them if they violate our Review Guidelines.

The following are not supported:

• Reviews that don’t represent a member’s genuine experience in relation to the task
• Reviews unrelated to the task such as religion, race, or politics
• Reviews that promote illegal or harmful behaviors or content that is discriminatory, threatening, or obscene
• Content that violates another person’s entity and privacy rights such as publishing identity information without permission
• Using or attempting to use profanity or vulgar language

If you change your mind about a review you've written, we can remove it upon your request. Keep in mind that once a review is removed (either by you or for violating guidelines), a new one cannot be submitted
