I posted my task, what's next?

Once you’ve posted your task, it will be published publicly on the task feed where interested Taskers can make an offer.

Check out your offers and think about which person is best suited for your task. When you've made a decision, you can accept their offer.

Please note: if you haven't provided us with your credit/debit card details, you will be prompted to enter your card details before you can successfully assign them. 

How do I find the right Tasker?

In choosing the right Tasker, it is important that you communicate via the comment section with them to know their qualifications and/or discuss the task coverage.

Can I send a private message to someone who made an offer?

No, the private messaging system is only available once the task has been assigned.

Will I be charged when I posted a task?

Payment is debited from your payment method at the time you assign someone. It is securely held in escrow in Airtasker Pay until the task is complete. Once the task is complete, the payment will be released to the tasker.
