Certain badges, like the Police Check Badge and the ID Badge, can lock specific sections of your profile once you've been verified for them. This means that after verification, you won't be able to change those locked sections.
If you find that your profile details don't match the information on your ID and you're unable to modify the details on your profile, you'll need to remove the Badge before you can make any changes. We understand it can be a bit tricky, but it's necessary to ensure accuracy.
