Can I negotiate my offer privately?

We don't allow private messages before a task is assigned in the spirit of creating a fair and open marketplace for everyone. Instead, we encourage you to use the comments section on a task to negotiate and discuss the task with the customer. This way, everyone has the chance to have an open and transparent conversation leaving no room for any unscrupulous activities. 

To make an offer, just click on the task you're interested in, scroll down to the comments, and start typing. Your offer will only be visible to you and the customer until the task is assigned, so don't worry about anyone else seeing it.
