Can I change my review?

Airtasker has a review system to ensure that members can make informed decisions when choosing to collaborate with other users.

This system aims to maintain the integrity of reviews by preventing any modifications or edits once they have been published. However, if you wish to have your review removed due to a change of heart, you can request its deletion. Our team will conduct an investigation, and if we determine that the review violates our guidelines, we may remove it. It's important to note that any review removal request is subject to approval.

On Airtasker, the review window remains open for 14 days after the task has been closed. We strongly advise taking some time to reflect on your experience before submitting your review to ensure its accuracy and fairness.
